How does the email integration work?

Altrio connects securely to your existing Outlook or Gmail in the background. There is nothing to install, and your team never changes how it sends or receives email. You configure a whitelist of senders and domains, and only email from that whitelist is read by AI.

Do we have to forward emails or log deals by hand?

No. There are no forwarding rules to maintain and no manual logging. Altrio reads inbound teasers and attachments as they arrive and turns them into structured deal records on its own.

What files and formats can Altrio read?

Altrio parses unstructured PDF offering memoranda, flyers, and teasers, along with Excel rent rolls and historical T12 operating statements: the formats brokers actually send.

How is this different from forwarding rules or a CRM?

Forwarding rules only move email, and a CRM still needs someone to enter the deal. Altrio reads the deal, extracts the numbers, scores it against your buy box, and files it, with no manual step in between.

Can we customize our buy-box fit criteria?

Yes. Define fit by asset class, submarket, target yield, transaction size, and your own financial criteria, so scoring reflects your firm's specific mandate.

How accurate is the data extraction?
