Two ways, both effortless. Forward any email with deal files to your unique Altrio address, or drag and drop the files directly into Altrio. Extraction starts the moment they land — no forwarding rules to maintain and no manual logging.
What files and formats can Altrio extract from?
Altrio reads the documents brokers actually send: PDF offering memoranda, flyers, and teasers, along with Excel rent rolls, historical T12 operating statements, lease schedules, and unit mixes.
How accurate is the extracted data?
AI does the first pass, then CRE-trained analysts verify every datapoint before it reaches your pipeline. The result is 100% accuracy — because 95% still means re-checking every deal. You underwrite from what Altrio captures without re-keying or second-guessing the numbers.
